Do I have to signup or register to order?
No. This site is all about speed and convenience. No Registration required!

Is there a Fee for using this service?
Currently, this service is FREE for most restaurants listed. However, for select restaurants, the maximum fee for any order will be less than $0.75 [75 cents or less] per order . Enjoy the convenience of ordering your food online.

How is the order submitted to the restaurant?
Via Fax. After submitting your order all you need is sit back wait for an email confirmation.

How long before I receive an email confirmation?
Email confirmation should take no longer than two minutes, usually less. Check your bulk mail folders too if you do not see the email in your inbox. NOTE: If you do not receive your email, wait for about 10 minutes to call the restaurant  to check if they have received your order!

How do I know that my order was successful?
After submitting your order, the Online Ordering System is set to monitor each fax order. When fax is successfully received you will be informed via e-mail. Please make sure you submit a valid email addressed where you can be reached.

Is there online payment processing for my order?
No credit card/ payment processing available currently. PAY DIRECT ONLY TO RESTAURANT!

How is the order submitted to the restaurant? I don't have a computer?
Via Fax. You do not need a Computer. To sign-up you will require a fax machine.

How do I make changes to my menu and daily specials?
You can make changes as often as necessary. Just email the updated menu to: orderfoodonline@gmail.com

Why Email your order?
One of the main advantages of Emailing your order is that you don't have to contend with busy signals and/or be put on hold. Just Submit your order. You will receive an Email Confirmation.

Plus you don't have to deal with searching for lost menus or mistakes in your order and you have accessibility to online coupons and promotions!

 

How many days in advance can I place an order?

We currently accept orders for the Current Date & the Next Date (If it's a business day).

 

What if I require many different types of items?

Not a problem. Just keep adding your Items as needed and when done, simply click the Checkout button and follow prompts.

 
What is the Special Instructions box for?
It is there just in case you have any comments about your order. Virtually all items that you order will give you options when option exist for items. However, you may want to request dressing on the side, you may want your scrambled eggs soft, you may want your bagel not toasted. You get the idea!
 
How long in advance should I place my order?
Please Email your order approximately 30 minutes in advance, if you are picking up your order and you are local. If you are not local and you are picking up your order, make sure that you allow yourself enough time to pickup your order. Please allow 1 hour for delivery. If we have a problem with the time you selected, we will call you. We thank you for being considerate.
 
What is the maximum distance from your store where a delivery can be made?
We generally deliver anywhere within the metropolitan area. However, if you are not local, we suggest that you call us to find out the minimum order requirements for where you are located.
 
How much must I spend to have orders delivered to me?
This depends on where you live relative to our location. If you are local, we require a $10.00 minimum for delivery. Please call us to you to find out the minimum order requirements for where you are located..
 

What do you charge for deliveries?
